  1. Missives — The legal contract phase. Your offer is submitted and negotiated through formal letters exchanged between agents. There is no binding contract until missives are concluded. We will always seek your explicit confirmation before concluding missives — we will never bind you to a purchase without your final instruction.
  2. Conveyancing — The legal title examination phase. This begins once an offer is agreed and runs in parallel with the missives process. We examine title deeds, check for burdens or conditions on the property, and report our findings to you in plain language before completion.
